BORMANN MCU-010

The BORMANN MCU is a retrofittable control unit for your electric heater, which allows you to have automated and efficient functional heating. Individually adjustable heating cycles can be used to accelerate drying processes (e.g. of screed floors).

The SMS function provides more flexibility and security. The user is automatically informed via SMS in case of important events, e.g. a power failure. Therefore, the user no longer needs to check the electric heating daily and in case of malfunction the user can react immediately. In addition the heating history log can be made available with a USB stick.

The MCU is protected against dust from the front and designed for operation at temperatures between -5°C to +60°C. This allows the MCU to be used in construction sites or industrial environments.

In addition to the status display, four coloured LEDs indicate the messages "Operation", "Heating process active", "Mobile radio" and "Malfunction”. The arrow keys are used to easily navigate through the menu. Furthermore, a USB interface and a reset button are integrated in the front panel.
