For 50 years BORMANN has been advising its customers in all fields, where the standard is not sufficient! We advise you in a process-oriented and cost-optimized manner and we can put together the best label solution for you.

We process materials from paper to plastic, to metal (metalized films). In doing so, we rely on a very large stock of standard materials. For special requirements, we provide labels with individual coating (for example thermo-coating), carrier material, adhesive and cover film. We also produce labels for matrix or laser printing integrated in paper sheets or continuous forms.

Matched to your requirements for the durability, adhesive strength and adhesive length of the labels, we select the right adhesive for you. In particular, whether you use machine dispensing or manual dispensing, we take into account the initial adhesive strength according to your logistics process.

We produce labels in pieces, bows, roles, leporello or the type, that supports your process the best, for you. With a large number of standard tools and rotary cylinders, we are able to manufacture most of the requirements (perforations, front punchings, back punchings, slits, etc.) at low cost.

Whether digital printing (5-fold) or classic 7-color flexo printing, both processes are used directly in our house in the production; as well as protective and finishing coatings.

Our machinery is based on medium and large print runs and can be used for various requirements.

Our consulting approach is always the avoidance of waste. The best label is the one that does not have to be glued! The optimization of label sizes, multiple labels, all-in-one, labels without glue (!) or smart label combinations are our strength. At the same time we are able to use materials that can be used for foodstuffs or, for example, that are approved for the automotive industry.
